The Product Management team is responsible for determining Zebra’s product offerings and driving development, launch and adoption of product to positively impact the customers’ experience andmarket share. If you are a driven and passionate individual who is curious about customer needs, eager to develop products to meet them, enjoys working collaboratively with engineers, designers and cross-functional teams, has attention to detail and is ready to learn then please read on because we think you will fit right in at Zebra!

• Translate business priorities and customer expectations into user stories so that the software development team can build solutions that excite users
• Work with the software development teams to ensure clarity of requirements and make necessary adjustments to best meet customer needs
• Balance feature value against cost to build and communicate tradeoffs to Sr. Product Manager
• Prioritize and maintain product backlog and collaborate with software teams to agree on sprint backlog that meets sprint goals
• Validate user acceptance testing
• Triage and prioritize issues identified throughout the sprint
• Collaborate with Sr. Product Manager to convert market analysis into coherent requirements including feature prioritization, sales forecast and profitability expectations
• Collaborate with Sr. Product Manager to conduct market, customer and competitive analysis in order to understand customer needs for his/her product line
• Lead all aspects of the product launch plans to assure that his/her product is presented to the market as intended by the strategy

• Minimum Education:
  • Bachelors Degree
• Minimum Work Experience (years):
  • 5 - 8
• Key Skills and Competencies:
  • Min 5 years, at least 2 in a product owner role
  • Experience with B2B software products and a clear understanding of how to design the product for easy adoption by end users is essential
  • Strong execution skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver needs on time to the Senior Manager of Product Management
  • Must be a self-starter who is very driven, with a go-getter attitude
• Licenses/Certifications, special qualifications:
  • Scrum Certification (PSPO or CSPO) (preferred)
• Equivalencies:
  • Previous experience in a B2B product owner or product manager role would be helpful
