The primary purpose of the Knowledge and Learning Specialist is to create and develop engaging learning programs in a variety of modalities. This position is responsible for the knowledge transfer for topics which will vary across business unit portfolios to support new offerings and certification programs,requiring a balance of creativity, sales enablement and technical skills. The incumbent will undertake the
entire training cycle, including all planning activities, establishing course objectives, identification of audience, determining delivery methods, working with Subject Matter Experts throughout process,development of course content and course evaluation. This role will require professional instructional design (ID) and development competency for global delivery.
