Advance engineer for sub-tier supplier management mainly focusing at display and touch panel with strong background on TP/Display from process and quality management.Design experience will be good to have and fluent english communication skill and strong leadership are expected.
Take Category SME role as member of product design team and contribution for specification ,reliability test,special characteristics and material selection etc.
Participate in DFX/DFMEA design for NPI projects,and able to feedback comments for error proof from design point of view at component level and terminal level
Management supplier NPI by early involvement for development in terms of design review,supplier end to end process risk assessment and qualification including sub-tier components with critical to quality methodology.
Onsite review NPI production and sign off process for mass production release.
Sustain quality performance management and drive supplier to solve quality issues from production line and Customer by use of 8D-methodology, 5 whys, DOE etc.
Drive for CTQ (Critical to Quality) implementation at supplier site to standardize and optimize process through FMEA/Control Plan/MSA/CPK/SPC/Error Proofing
Work with supplier and internal cross team for continuous improvement through cost saving projects (Lean six sigma)
Driving supplier scorecard performance metrics: CTQ/Lean/RFTY/Escaping PPM to achieve yearly KPI
Utilize DOE, process FMEA and other industry standard tools to proactively identify and address process risks and optimize process parameters
New supplier qualification through quality system audit and lean six sigma audit and regular existing supplier re-assessment on maturity on quality system and process audit.
Coordinate communication with supplier and internal cross function team for supplier PCN review and approval.
Good to have the capabiity of new technology on product roadmap and production.As SCT team member,contribute for category management and development from design and quality improvement.
