Project Support Assistant - An integral key member of the Taiwan Project Support team to execute key common program activities involving Purchase orders, Stock orders and Material Management and site office activities.


  • PO & Stock Order creation based on requests, ensuring data accuracy and process adherence
  • Import & export process for domestic/ international shipments
  • Ensures proper recording, tracking and filing of all assigned orders according to commitment dates
  • Respond to Program Management worldwide or internal inquiries regarding order status, invoices follow-ups, etc
  • Coordinates with other departments to drive issue resolution regarding order status, invoicing, shipping dates, product availability, mis-shipped items, etc
  • Basic knowledge of Order admin policies and processes


  • 1+ years of working experience
  • Proficient in English (read, write, speak_
  • Strong communication skills (listening, providing clear and concise information, using proper language)
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail/ quality
  • Strong process adherence
  • Intermediate level skills in Microsoft business applications including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Attention to details 
  • Intermediate problem-solving skills
