Job Summary

This person will need to research, understand and document the customer business situation. What is the customer objective and how can our product help address this objective?

Candidate is responsibility for developing and helping to drive the vision across the entire customer experience.

The position requires and a very experienced person that can work independently and remotely as most stakeholders and collaboration will occur with colleagues in Europe and North America.

Position may require collaborating with internal and external senior leadership team and marketing managers to develop strategy and align vision.

Requires a strong personality, excellent soft skills, and ability to translate customer objectives into business solution.

May require direct external customer and partner interaction. There will be no engineering or development team interaction.





  • Defines and develops front-end experiences for the enterprise web applications
  • Responsible for developing a significant amount of data and analytic workflows and creates intuitive experience for the users
  • Leads information on the web is structured in a way that makes the most sense
  • Develops and collects feedback on user interaction and interface deliverables, including sketches, wireframes, and visual designs
  • Provides guidance and incorporates users' needs into interface design development process
  • Remotely collaborate with internal and external business stakeholders (customers, partners and zebra users)  in multiple time-zones to identify and document business objectives
  • Translate these objectives into business requirements for use by UX/UI and IT analysts
  • Producing design lifecycle artifacts (e.g. personas, journey maps, process flows, design strategies) to explain customer experience to busines stakeholders
  • Providing business impact alternatives, estimates and sequencing of solution
  • Keeping up to date with the latest trends that influence and shape best-in-class work
  • Contribute to build the foundation, strategy, design and creation of overall design systems - considering how each part fits within the whole
  • Experience in High Tech SaaS products is preferred
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities and automation possibilities
  • Lead cross-functional team discussions that address strategic business issues
  • Challenge the status quo by providing innovative vision, governance and strategy, and driving actionable solutions and roadmaps.


  • Bachelor's Degree required. Advanced Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-12 years of experience
  • Strong communication skills to effectively work with others
  • Demonstrated ability to solve end user issues
  • Advanced technical experience

  • Managing complex issues and applying root cause analysis
  • Expert knowledge of applicable IT systems/applications
  • Ability to implement new systems and tools
