Overview:

Reporting to the Director of Rewards, the Rewards Partner I’s job scope includes compensation and benefits initiatives across the region. The opportunity will be handling a sub-region on their own and orchestrate APAC level projects and new initiatives.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Scope, plan and execute all related compensation and benefit programs impacting the region in partnership with the local HRBPs-such as, but not limited to, stock option, merit review, bonus plan, design and administration, annual salary structure development, and benefits review
  • Represents the company at external meeting events, as well as is responsible for survey data gathering, input, analysis, benchmarking in partnership with global compensation team
  • Provide expertise to the assigned business groups, dependent on needs, in job leveling and evaluation, peer assessment, marketing benchmarking and competitive analysis
  • Monitors market trends and movements in relation to practices and changes (especially around statutory changes), and ensures that all stakeholders are aware
  • Project manage all Rewards related cases and issues involving multiple stakeholders–Standardization of a Rewards offering for each country that is competitive, compelling, affordable and attractive to employees
  • Equip with relevant market information, and consistently striving for improvements and competitiveness
  • Insured benefits review, remarketing and administration and case management
  • Conduct employees’ communication sessions pertaining to rewards initiatives
