Customer onboarding team is responsible for onboarding related to contractual customers and responds to both internal and external inquiries, leads commissioning processes including new requests and repairs. Zebra representative directly works with our customers to provide them ad hoc service proposal and works with contract sales data to initiate customer onboarding. This role serves as a primary point of contact for commissioning related matters and could be a good fit for proactive graduates with excellent English and communication skills.


About the role

  • Captures partner input and develops action plan, often time re-using existing plans and examples as well as independently leading onboarding projects and leads multiple standard onboarding projects simultaneously within pre-defined service scope.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of project management principles and tools, including planning, scheduling, record keeping.
  • Proactively handles partner follow up, collects status updates from the project team and interprets inputs into onboarding status and defines priorities based on given feedback.
  • Provides regular status updates to project team, ensures execution against the project requirements and updates and revises project documentation as needed.
  • Participating in cross functional & region wide project representing functional area.
  • Leading depot partner concern management – handling relationship with depots. Driving improvements and mitigation plans between onboarding operations, engineering and customer.
  • Developing working relationship and communication channel with key cross functional partners within Zebra (CSNT, CS, Operations, Commissioning Engineering, Sales representatives...).
  • Acts independently to address issues and risks, provides recommendations and mitigation plan and prepares and leads Commissioning onboarding projects – including financial review, planning and execution.
