Provides quotes on Zebra's products or services to internal team members, partners and end user customers as defined by business unit/vertical assignment.


  • Learns Zebra policy and process requirements surrounding price quoting. Begins to apply knowledge by assuming responsibility for quoting activities on a limited scope, with oversight from a senior or lead level QS or a Supervisor or Manager. Quotes are typically reviewed prior to issuing to sales, partners or customers until full competence is reached
  • Demonstrates an understanding of all service level agreements and key performance indicators which may include quote turnaround time, sales targets, quote accuracy and other metrics. Shows performance improvement that builds toward consistent execution against all SLAs and KPIs
  • Develops an understanding of assigned region, vertical and customer base. Establishes relationships with internal sales partners. With oversight, begins to act a SME/resource for the sales organization for assigned accounts/verticals
  • Escalates exceptions or novel requests to Senior or Lead level QS or the Supervisor or Manager


  • High school or equivalent
  • Less than 1 year experience
  • Strong written and verbal business communications skills
  • Solid professional work behaviors (attendance, time management, teamwork)
  • Knowledge of MS Office products
  • Works well with limited supervision
  • Local language requirement may apply
