Overview

Working with and taking direction from regional management the successful candidate will be responsible for growing sales within their territory focused on Healthcare and Government customers.  We are seeking an ambitious seller who is self-motivated to grow business, achieve quarterly/annual targets and develop into future leadership roles.

  • Able to evaluate a business opportunity and assess its potential value in order to optimise efforts and resources to convert into sales.
  • Able to build relationships easily and quickly, able to deal and adapt with different personalities and different industry situations. Acting openly and confidently, approachable, warm and pleasant to deal with and listens to others.
  • Drive for results Bottom-line oriented and steadfastly pushes self and others for results. Sets priorities and act to overcome resistance. Bold or committed enough to push things through.
  • Able to up-sell additional services that will differentiate from its competitors. Able to cross-sell additional products as bundled solutions that offer additional value to the customer in the context of the broader needs that have been diagnosed and developed
  • Customer Focus Oriented at customer and dedicated to meet their needs, and exceed expectations. Comfortable when engaging with customers in efficient and consistent manner.
  • Understanding the market context in which a business operates. Possess knowledge around industry trends, customer management, competitors and their impact on own business offerings.
  • Able to show integrity and reliability in providing timely support and follow-up on tasks and conversations, in a consistent and transparent manner.
  • Ability to develop, maintain, and strengthen partnerships with others inside or outside the organization who can provide information, assistance, and support.
  • Possess deep and rich understanding of the business and industry news/environment to reach business success and excellence; and able to see "big picture" of the organization. He/she is business savvy and can make sense out of complexity and an uncertain future

Ability to develop new opportunities in existing/new accounts within a given territory by leveraging Zebra resources and/or partner resources.

 

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Preferred Education:
    • Bachelors or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred
  • Preferred Work Experience (years):
    • 5-8 years of applicable work experience.
  • Healthcare work experience is highly desirable
  • Key Skills and Competencies:
    • Uses advanced domain / solutions knowledge to competitive advantage
    • Develops and adapts advanced sales strategies to unique customer needs; creates customer partnerships
    • Often leads others in their development; provides input to policies and practices
