Responsibilities

  • Handling client calls / critical issues.
  • Provide solution, Participating and contributing to root cause analysis.
  • Resolve performance issues.
  • Managing Applications running on Hosted Production Environment.
  • Hosting Environment SLA’s.
  • Application Deployment on Hosted Production Environment, New Environment
  • Setup, upgrades to sandbox/production application, implementation.
  • Working with IT to build deployment packages, work on translations, coordinate with PS, maintaining JIRA, preparing reports, maintaining release calendar.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate engineering field required.
  • Knowledge in Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlet, JavaScript, SQL scripting.
  • Database Knowledge (Basic Admin): My SQL, Oracle 10g/11g, DB2.
  • Operating System Administration: Windows 2000/2003 Server, RHEL, AIX
  • Web Servers: IIS, Apache, IHS.
  • Application Server: JBoss, Tomcat, Weblogic, IBM WebSphere
  • Knowledge of Virtual Technologies, VM Ware.
  • Strong communication skills.
