Plans computerized databases, including base definition, structure, documentation, long-range requirements, operational guidelines, and protection.



  • Uses Skills as a Seasoned, experienced Professional with full understanding of industry practices and procedures.
  • Ability to identify end user issues and propose solutions on complex process issues.
  • Possess project and change management knowledge
  • Lead multiple modules or a moderate complexity project at both individual and team level, guide the junior team members and represent the function at cross functional meetings
  • Interacts with both cross functional IT team and business end users
  • Interacts with cross functional IT team in a collaborative nature and works with cross-functional linked teams on global projects
  • Provides regular updates to manager on project/work status
  • Participates in the Proof of Concept or Proof of Value for Global Projects
  • Contributes in the DR planning, implementation, and rehearsal at the site level.
  • Provide technical design and guide the team to configure, setup and updating of databases.
  • Analyze complex performance issues in databases and able to identify and provide a solution.
  • Lead to ensure availability and performance of databases.
  • Advanced experience in scripting languages.
  • Responsible for the L3 tickets and all L2 escalations.
  • Creates automation for repeating database tasks.
  • Develop processes for optimizing database security.
  • Use high-speed transaction recovery techniques and backup data
  • Determine, enforce, and document database policies, procedures, and standards.


Preferred Education:                             Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience.

Oracle Certified Professional, Oracle Cloud, Siebel experience preferred.     


Preferred Work Experience:                8 -11 years
