Who you are :


You will work with other UX resources to design the look and feel of our SaaS product. You are responsible for aligning to the product vision and creating an emotion connection with users through visual design. This is a mid level position because it requires you to have enough experience that they work independently and remotely as most stakeholders and collaboration will occur with colleagues North America. You will require collaborate with internal stakeholders to map what is needed into how it can be accomplished while maintaining alignment with the product strategy and vision. Requires a strong personality, excellent soft skills, and ability to collaborate with the Product Owner and business owner. There will be little to no engineering or development team interaction.


  • Remotely collaborate with internal stakeholders in multiple time-zones to define user interface
  • Triangulate the customer objective, UX design, and development capabilities to develop wireframes for engineering
  • Comfortable questioning and challenging the WHY something is required in order to define HOW the user can accomplish the objective.
  • Document the design into wireframe and engineering ready requirements.
  • Advocate for the customer and follow user-centered design principles
  • Responsible for the look and feel of the product
  • Clearly communicate designs through mockups, documentation and presentations
  • Stay current with industry trends in UX and design


  • Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent practical experience
  • At least 4+ years of UX/UI Visual design experience
  • A strong portfolio of work demonstrating conceptual, UX and visual design
  • Experience in High Tech SaaS products is preferred
  • Ability to distill complex problems to elegant solutions
  • Must be a self-started, able to work independently and comfortable working remote
  • Customer Success, Customer Adoption and Customer Service values/orientation
  • Strong professional work behaviors (attendance, collaboration, time management, follow through)
  • Demonstrates good judgment in decision making; applies knowledge and past experience to guide decisions
  • Strong communication skills (listening, providing clear and concise information, using proper language and grammar
