Works on analysis, preparation, investigation and resolution of the monthly results and variances. Maintains key financial relationships with functional level management including directly supporting director level requirements. Provides analysis and recommendations on a variety of ad hoc projects

Responsibilities

  • Makes recommendations and works on reporting and variance analysis for:
    • OPEX - Monthly budget review, SIP reporting,
    • Supply Chain - 3PL reporting, Capex reporting.
  • Liaise with department managers and effectively communicate financial OPEX and Supply Chain analysis.
  • Design and production of key management reports with appropriate narrative and explanations.
  • Partnering support to specifics business functions as Finance contact.
  • Supporting Month-end accounting activity.
  • Requires in depth knowledge of business function and acts as part of the team.
  • Detailed involvement in the preparation and submission of annual budgets and quarterly rolling forecast for operations under your partnering responsibilities.
  • Support ad-hoc projects, developing financial reporting for ad-hoc projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years with similar experience
  • High degree of accuracy and meticulous
  • Confident at working with deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills, selfmotivator and eager to learn and grow
  • Good communication skills
  • Team player, must be able to work with people within & outside of Finance and across regions.
  • Advanced Excel and database skills
  • Experience with a computer based accounting system Oracle, Hyperion, OAC
  • Power BI skills will be added advantage
