Provide Finance leadership and support to identify growth and margin expansion opportunities
This individual will be on the forefront, partnering cross-functionally with key Zebra team members, to advance business process and our financial system solution to keep in stride with our dynamic business. Primary partnership will be with the Commercial and Marketing community to implement and monitor these growth ideas; in-line with the Company's long-term strategic plans. We are looking for the right person who is willing to be part of our balanced team. You should have strong financial acumen encompassing Commercial Finance, FP&A, financial modelling; coupled with effective communication and leadership skillsets
Partner to Marketing, Commercial & Product teams to identify and develop growth opportunities.
Analysing market data, financial statements and operational metrics to provide insight into target markets & customers
Developing financial models to forecast and estimate market size & sales opportunities while achieving necessary margin hurdles
Lead development of analytical tools to around pricing, product mix and costs to drive business actions and margin expansion within Country teams
Finance leadership for new product offerings (ie: software) and driving efficiency/simplification initiatives
