This Senior Business Analyst will be part of a team supporting our customers (internal and external) engaged with our Visibility IQ applications, dashboards and portals. The platform gives our customers, partners, and professional services teams valuable status and insights into operational assets and associated data. The primary objective of this role is to work with our customer and support teams and development teams to investigate and resolve issues or requests.

Shift timing: 24 x 5 days ,  Covering US and EMEA hours

• Perform data analysis within large data systems to provide root cause analysis
• Responsible for analyzing software issues pertaining to features and reporting content to determine appropriate resolution needed
• Responsible for providing issue resolution in a timely manner for patch releases and hotfixes
• Taking initiative to suggest opportunities for application improvements

• Bachelor's degree with 3-5years experience
• Can synthesize complex data into themes, stories and recommendations

• Must have ElasticSearch, Hadoop, SQL and JSON

• Intermediate systems knowledge in assigned functional area
• Microsoft Excel - intermediate to advanced skills
• Can present data in a visually compelling format to help business stakeholders understand the issues, possibilities and recommendations
• Microsoft PowerPoint - intermediate to advanced skills
• Presentation skills - intermediate skills to advanced required.
• Some formal training in public speaking/presentation skills preferred
