Overview

The NPI PM will be responsible for the successful launch of Zebra's Share Cradle products.

About the role

• Be Single contact as the Ops core team lead to PMO
• Lead Operation core team and Ops core team meeting to meet Ops metrics and deliverables.
• Engage NPS & category managers for early involvement, material supplier selection and DM cost commit to meet cost target
• Track and Monitor Product cost meeting or exceeding target.
• Conduct manufacturing build readiness during NPI
• Conduct production yield review meeting and drive yield improvement to meet MV yield target
• Ensure forecast and ramp are in line and loaded in ERP
• Manage material readiness for development build and production ramp
• Manage capacity plan to meeting 1st year business requirement
• Drive 2nd source qualification with Engineering team and Tier 1 Suppliers
• Conduct Supply Chain Launch Readiness Review at DV and MV
• Track and monitor Component life cycle analysis result with NPS or Component Engineering Group for high/medium/unknown parts disposition with Engineering team.
• Coordinate Product Visual Aid and FAI
• Initiate MV Entry and rev A sign-off meeting
• Fulfill booking waiver demand, initial customer order, and production ramp
• Manage line extension and custom program for Ops
• Provide 3-month post rev A support and critical post rev A changes support to Sustaining team.

About Yourself

You should be a data driven specialist who loves to use analysis to tell a story and is comfortable in a matrix environment with high workplace agility and flexibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years experience
• Microsoft Office proficiency with the ability to synthesize sophisticated data into themes, stories and recommendations
• Can present data in a visually compelling format to help business stakeholders understand the issues, possibilities and recommendations
• Able to stand in front of audiences to be a business presentation.
• PMP Certification is a plus
