Manages APAC Talent Acquisition team. Responsible for developing and executing strategies for sourcing, assessing, and selecting top talent to enable the achievement of business goals and ensure acquisition of a high caliber talent in line with Zebra’s core values. Manages, coaches and develops a team of internal TA partners to deliver efficient, cost-effective and quality talent acquisition that adds value beyond transactional tasks. Prioritizes workloads and partners to develop process efficiencies. Will regularly interface and exchange information with senior levels of management with a demonstrated understanding of how hiring impacts business goals.


  • Build, manage and develop a team of TA partners that adds value beyond transactional tasks including development, coaching, feedback and active inclusion.
  • Pursues innovative opportunities to refine and improve process, interview skills, identifying strategies, potential trends/issues, and have critical conversations on sourcing strategies, market trends, and compensation issues.
  • Drives a high level of performance against hiring plans. Ensure the team manages requisitions for assigned customers and fills vacant positions, meeting planned strategy in a timely manner with quality hires.
  • Partners with Global Process Advisor to establish and implement strong TA processes that can scale to ensure an optimal manager and candidate experience, as well as being cost efficient and quality focused.
  • Develops and executes on the Regions Talent Acquisition Inclusion & Diversity plans
  • Works with team to represent Zebra in career fairs and industry events as needed to promote and increase employer brand awareness.
  • Serve as the liaison with the HR Operations team to leverage technology and data to achieve goals. Participate in the selection and administration of technology tools to facilitate talent acquisition.
  • Partner/Collaborate with HRBPs and senior leadership on talent acquisition needs.
  • .Strategize opportunities to uncover and leverage Zebra’s internal talent pool.
  • Partnering globally, ensures that Talent Acquisition policies, processes and activities align with Zebra’s goal to provide a diverse and inclusive environment to our employees.
  • Perform other related duties and assignments as required. 
  • Manage external recruiting sources, vendor agreements, needs assessments, candidate submission and invoice processing.
  • Manages workload activity in a flex model which includes hiring and managing contract recruiters as necessary.
  • Drives and manages APAC TA related initiatives to improve candidate experience, local process optimization and general effectiveness of the TA service to the business


  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years’ experience in a recruiting management capacity combined with 5+ years in Talent Acquisition with expertise in using the right channels and messages to find targeted sources of high-quality talent.
  • Knowledge of TA technology, i.e., applicant tracking systems, schedulers, sourcing tools, and other tools used to attract and communicate with talent.
  • Proven success as a people manager, demonstrating success in leading with engagement, valuing diversity and inclusion in all aspects. Must have experience in hiring, developing, and guiding talent acquisition professionals.
  • Knowledge of relevant human resources discipline(s)
  • Ability to analyze metrics to regularly inform the work. Ability to work on complex issues, analyze situations and make connections to business trends.
  • Ability to learn the core elements of the business units and how the organization works, to manage talent selection and identify talent that is best suited to the company.
  • Must possess highly effective judgment and interpersonal skills with the ability to build cross functional relationships and establish a balance between consistency and flexibility to meet customer needs.
