Manages APAC Talent Acquisition team. Responsible for developing and executing strategies for sourcing, assessing, and selecting top talent to enable the achievement of business goals and ensure acquisition of a high caliber talent in line with Zebra’s core values. Manages, coaches and develops a team of internal TA partners to deliver efficient, cost-effective and quality talent acquisition that adds value beyond transactional tasks. Prioritizes workloads and partners to develop process efficiencies. Will regularly interface and exchange information with senior levels of management with a demonstrated understanding of how hiring impacts business goals.
