  • Overview

    Oversees the development of strategic market/product line business plans and marketing programs to support sales in designated market segments; identifies volume and strategic customers; and develops partnerships. Analyzes market data to identify trends/opportunities, develops strategic direction from market information, and creates compelling market analysis presentations. May conduct make-versus-buy analysis from a partnership/merger/acquisition perspective. To support the region to achieve profitable growth through effective product management and support to field teams for Enterprise Solutions segment.


    • Work closely with BU to define the Product roadmap and evolution strategy that meets the technological, price, feature and timing.
    • Work closely with Regional TA and Sales team to understand the market requirement
    • Competitive landscape tool and update to channel Sales on regular basis.
    • Maintain the solid understanding of product mix, pricing strategy, key applications and vertical segments 
    • Provide significant leadership in the Sales strategies, Product strategy, Solution, promotion programs, Pricing for the Key large Projects.
    • Drive monthly major deals review of regional field teams with BU for the necessary support
    • NPI readiness
    • Manage product life cycle of ENC products
    • Provide expertise for key regional countries within 90 days of product launch
    • Follow up with BU, Regulatory agency and maintenance of regulatory certification
    • Product communications include:
      • Channel partner news letter
      • Monthly Channel Webinar on Vertical positioning a webinar
      • NPI demo announcements for channel
      • Quarterly interaction with IDC
      • NPI announcement internal and external
      • EDM’s to partners
    • Prioritized AP specific product requirements
    • Analyze regional revenue and margin based on performance vs. target
    • Achieve key deliverables at each M-Gate
    • Achieve timely FCS (first customer ship dates)
    • Support the execution on Go to Market plan – on time with all elements in place and achieve sales ramp up
    • Enabled sales and partner community – correct positioning and ability to win against competitions


    • Preferred Education:
      • Bachelor’s degree in electronics, telecommunications, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
    • Preferred Work Experience (years):
      • 8+ years of working experience.
