    Takes ownership of assigned end-user account(s) or territory; develops and executes sales strategy for assigned account(s) or territory with manager’s input; develops strong relationships with key customer contacts and leverages to Zebra’s advantage; creates and delivers high impact sales presentations and capable of product training; often used for those with strong technical background but limited sales experience or strong sales with limited product/market understanding. Develops and executes sales strategies with minimal input from manager for a higher level of financial responsibility; proactively sells solutions encompassing a wide range of products or services; as required leverages relationships with other business units and/or external partners to deliver solution; Develops strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers; Initiates and leads customer presentations and value proposition creation. 



      The major responsibilities of the position are:

      1. The sales and  promotion of  Zebra Scanning and Mobility OEM products and solution to the responsible region, and to achieve sales target. Zebra Scanning and Mobility OEM product includes but not limited to laser engine, imaging engine, decoding software, boxed scanner products.

      2. To be able to identify and influence project decision maker to spec-in Zebra Scanning and mobility product and close the project

      3. Develop and maintain customer relationship, contacting end user and system integrator to achieve sales target

      4. Develop tailored solution to satisfy customer needs

      5. Develop strategy to manage and grow the responsible accounts to achieve sales target.

      6. Develop strategy to manage and grow the responsible vertical market to achieve sales target.

      7. Create and improve market awareness of Zebra Scanning and Mobility.

      8. Identify and regularly contact the major influencers of projects including end user and consultant

      9. Provide presentation, demonstration and training to customer

      10. To provide necessary support to achieve total customer satisfaction

      11. Collect market intelligence to the support team in order to improve product market competitiveness

      12. To be able to work autonomously with a minimum of supervision and be enthusiastic, results oriented.

      13. Connect into the OEM business unit in the US to enable the necessary products and custom products are delivered in a timely fashion

      Travel is high, including global travel.


    • College degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing.


      1. Minimum 5 years sale experience, AIDC industry background is preferred.

        Ability to develop new business and new customers

        3. Good technical and engineering degree background, with technical support experience preferred

        4. Direct sales experience, able to contact and manager relationship with end-user and consultant

        5. Good presentation and communication skill

        6. Fluent in English
