  • Overview

    Analyzes and assesses compliance and risks related to Zebra suppliers’ Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) performance including responsible sourcing practices; interacts with internal and external stakeholders to meet Zebra goals and objectives; and provides the relevant reports and recommendations to the Management


    • Collect, process and analyze supplier reports on sourcing and use of 3TG metals (Tantalum, Tin, Tungsten and Gold), in manufacturing products for Zebra
    • Prepare summary reports and risk analysis related to suppliers’ 3TG metals sourcing and CSR performance; communicate the existing and potential concerns to Zebra Management; collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to achieve lasting resolutions
    • Generate company’s annual conflict mineral filings document, including management of all due diligence documentation
    • Initiate and oversee supplier responsible sourcing education
    • Oversee requests for third-party audits of Supply Base and corrective action plans as needed
    • Follow activities and initiatives of Supply Chain industry organizations to which Zebra is a member; participate in multi-stakeholder working groups to assess the existing trends and developments in Responsible Sourcing and Corporate Social Responsibility
    • Manage and update contents of the relevant SharePoint libraries
    • In collaboration with Zebra inter-departmental teams, address external stakeholders’ inquiries related to Responsible Sourcing, including contract language review and draft
    • Evaluate supplier Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) performance and assess potential risks of material suppliers in the areas of Labor, Ethics, Environmental Sustainability and Health & Safety


    • Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3 years of experience in a corresponding role
    • Familiarity with global, especially US regulatory environment related to responsible sourcing and supply chain transparency.
    • Working knowledge of Oracle Agile
    • Solid experience in SharePoint site management (preferably with HTML editing)
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
    • Excellent research and analytical skills
    • Excellent writing and communication skills in English
    • Ability to timely complete tasks and address emergency requests and inquiries
    • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
    • Ability to travel if required
