    This Sales Operation Analyst role is the driver to analyse Sales Incentives Program (SIP). The SIP Analyst is end to end accountable for sales compensation experience of the sales force, through strong business governance and proactive engagement with sales management.

    The ideal candidate will be well verse on Zebra sales compensation policy, highly analytical, possess strong communication skills, embrace challenge, learn quickly and be able to meet payout deadlines.  This position will report to Senior Sales Operations Manager.


    • Engagement with stakeholders to understand their needs and to recommend solutions;
    • To understand quota deployment and crediting logic
    • Calculate sales compensation and work with payroll team
    • Sales Employees performance analysis
    • Leverage tools like Excel, PPT, PBI to drive efficient analytics and reporting
    • Ability to analyze data and design reporting mechanisms for senior sales management
    • Business Governance in managing country specific and exceptions
    • Readiness and quota deployment coordination, facilitation and consulting
    • Escalation and exceptions management


    • Completed Degree program in business, economics, finance or related field.
    • 2 – 3 years of related experience in sales operations
    • Strong financial and business acumen
    • Superior communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, presentation)
    • Highly motivated individual with exceptional teamwork and influencing skills
