    Working with and taking direction from regional management the sucessful candidate will own and drive the strategy for healthcare within ANZ.  They will take the lead role in shaping the direction of the healthcare pricing, partners and engagement model working closely with the other Territory Accounts Managers.

    • Understanding the market context in which a business operates. Possess knowledge around industry trends, customer management, competitors and their impact on own business offerings.
    • Able to show integrity and reliability in providing timely support and follow-up on tasks and conversations, in a consistent and transparent manner.
    • Ability to develop, maintain, and strengthen partnerships with others inside or outside the organization who can provide information, assistance, and support.
    • Possess deep and rich understanding of the business and industry news/environment to reach business success and excellence; and able to see "big picture" of the organization. He/she is business savvy and can make sense out of complexity and an uncertain future
    • Ability to develop new opportunities in existing/new accounts within a given territory by leveraging Zebra resources and/or partner resources.


    • Preferred Education:
      • Bachelors or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred
    • Preferred Work Experience (years):
      • 5-8 years of applicable work experience.
    • Key Skills and Competencies:
      • Uses advanced domain / solutions knowledge to competitive advantage
      • Develops and adapts advanced sales strategies to unique customer needs; creates customer partnerships
      • Often leads others in their development; provides input to policies and practices
