    Qualifications

    • At least 10 years working for a solutions provider 
    • Manufacturing experience (in the auto sector) a strong plus
    • Sales background related to locationing solutions a strong plus
      • Strong sales skill – talk in customer language, understanding customer pain point and expected customer outcome
      • Strong self-driver and self-motivation
      • Strong resources mobilizer
      • Team player
      • Excellent communicator – written and oral in both Chinese and English
      • Proven ability to translate a customer’s requirements into a value statement supported by a solution provider – a strong plus
      • Hardware and Software Architecture & design from current product portfolio – a strong plus
      • HW - technical product knowledge
      • SW – technical product knowledge
