  • Overview

    Reporting to Senior Manager Global Business Services, this role is responsible for managing projects within all areas of the Global Business Services function, including Finance, Procurement, Master Data, etc.

    Responsibilities

    • Works with Senior Manager Global Business Services to develop Project Plans depending on project are and scope;
    • Provides regular status updates to stakeholderlais, shares consolidated view, schedules regular review meetings, captures meeting minutes and monitor follow up actions;
    • Ensure projects are delivered timely per schedule and within budget;
    • Stakeholder management within projects;
    • Assists with coordination of deliverables and project assets. Acts independently to addresses issues and escalates as appropriate;

    Qualifications

    • University degree in Finance/Accounting,
    • 5+ years of work experience in project management- project certification is a plus
    • Good knowledge of Procurement & Finance fundamentals, including General Ledger and Reporting areas
    • Good communication skills, including excellent English, both written and spoken.
    • Good presentation skills, knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
    • Ability to prioritize effectively, good problem solving abilities, strong attention to detail, able to work under pressure and to handle multiple requests simultaneously

    Strong Excel and Word skills, knowledge of Oracle or Essbase is advantage
