  • Overview

    SOR is responsible for daily re-scheduling of orders, to ensure update is done on timely fashion. They act as a subject matter experts on all matters related to the re-scheduling of orders, responding to inquiries from management, Zebra’s internal customers and external customers.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage SOR and update into system on daily basis.
    • Keep OM/CSR informed of daily item pull in / push out of orders status in order for OM/CSR to keep customer informed. 
    • Co-ordinate and communicate with supply planning team for shortages item and update OM/CSR accordingly.
    • Daily manage OM/CSR requests for ssd pull in, change ship method, change ship set, etc.
    • Run open orders for Order Administrators twice a day.
    • Run inventory report twice a week and on daily basis during last month of the quarter and send to OM/CSR to pull in order to ship earlier as required.
    • Provide daily stage report to OM/CSR - this is to ensure OM/CSR aware of their customer shipment status in order for OM/CSR to follow up with customer's appointed forwarder for pick up.
    • Manage APAC IR for sales associates, sales engineers, R&D engineers etc.
    • Co-ordinate with planners for IR expediate, follow up with warehouse for IR shipment and keep requestors update of their IR orders.
    • Manage service orders from Sanmina via EDI, expedite with planners and keep customer informed of the status.
    • Resolve any EDI service order booking issue, work with Global team to have solution for services order if any.
    • Attend conference call if require.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor Degree or Diploma
    • 3-5 years Preferred Work Experience (years)
    • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail / quality
    • Strong process adherence
    • Strong in analysing data
    • Fluent level of English (written and verbal) as well as local language as applicable
    • Intermediate level skills in Microsoft business applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
    • Customer service values / orientation
    • Role model level professional work behaviors (attendance, teamwork, time management)
    • Strong communication skills (listening, providing clear and concise information, using proper language and grammar)
    • Intermediate problem solving skills
    • Experience in Oracle system
