  • Overview

    RFID portfolio management, and SmartX solutions (Smart Lens, SmartPack, Smart Freight, etc) readiness and GTM in APAC.  

    Oversees the development of strategic market/product line business plans and solution readiness criteria to support sales in designated market segments; identifies volume and strategic customers; and develops partnerships. Analyzes market data to identify trends/opportunities, develops strategic direction from market information, and creates compelling market analysis presentations.  Supports the region to achieve profitable growth through effective product/solution definition, prioritization and management while supporting sales leadership and customer opportunities for new solutions growth segments.

    Responsibilities

     

    • Work closely with HW, SW, and Services organizations to define the solution roadmap and evolution strategy that meets the technological, price, feature, customer ROI, and timing.
    • Work closely with Regional Sales Engineers and Sales team to understand market requirements
    • Competitive landscape tool and update to Sales on regular basis.
    • Maintain the solid understanding of product mix, pricing strategy, key applications and vertical segments
    • Provide significant leadership in the Sales strategies, Product strategy, Solution, promotion programs, Pricing for the Key large Projects.
    • New solution readiness assessment and forecast/business case within APAC  market
    • Provide expertise for key sales and channel teams within 90 days of solution launch
    • Solution communications:
    • Channel partner newsletter input
    • Quarterly interaction with key stakeholders (sales, channel, sales engineering, and business units)
    • Input on timing and content of internal and external solution announcement
    • Analyze and drive regional revenue and margin based on performance vs. target
    • Support the execution of Go to Market plan – on time with all elements in place and achieve sales ramp up
    • Enable sales and partner community – develop content and deliver training on correct positioning and ability to win against competition

    Qualifications

    Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field. MBA preferred

    Preferred working experiences: 10+ years of working experiences
