  • Overview

    The Accounting Specialist provides accounts payable support in APAC Shared Services team


    • Processes accounts payable transactions
    • Verifies appropriate approvals of invoices, investigates & monitors unresolved accounts payable issues
    • Conducts various month end closing related works & monthly reconciliations
    • Monthly reporting of KPI & management report
    • Vendor management
    • Participates in ad hoc projects


    • Preferred Education:
      • Accounting degree required
    • Preferred Work Experience (years):
      • Minimum 1-2 years of accounting experience
    • Key Skills and Competencies: 
      • Knowledge of Oracle will be preferable
      • Good working knowledge at Excel and other Microsoft tools
      • Strong problem solving skills
      • Willing to learn & team player
      • Good communication skill
