  • Overview

    A progressive & motivated Talent Acquisition Lead to provide strategic and service delivery leadership in our APAC HR Team.  This agile and innovative leader will collaborate with HR teams (Country HR, HRBP & SME), Business and other organizations within Zebra to identify, attract, and acquire key talent into our company.  In addition, the TA Lead will identify, lead & drive improvement for the talent acquisition practices.


    • Develop and implement talent acquisition activities including executive placement.
    • Build and maintain strong partnerships with business leaders, HR team and candidates.
    • Consult and advise business leaders to define candidate profiles and sourcing strategies.
    • Engagement with business leaders to understand and plan for their talent strategies.
    • Lead the full spectrum of recruitment activities from sourcing to offer management to hiring.
    • Manage the selection and performance of external search partners.
    • Using data to drive insights to the effectiveness of the recruitment practices; identifies areas for improvement, recommends and drive the changes.
    • Works on, and oversees the completion of complex projects and assignments.
    • Keep abreast of latest trend, innovation, landscape to the talent acquisition practices; bringing the out-side-in view to the function and organization
    • Organize & drive career events where needed; e.g. career talk.
    • The ambassador for Zebra’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and driving EVP initiatives & activities
    • Lead and coach a virtual team of talent partners; sharing good practices, market intelligence and trends


    • Bachelor's degree required/Advanced degree preferred
    • 8+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience for both in-house and external organizations
    • Experience in talent acquisition practices across APAC region is an advantage
    • Knowledge of TA relevant employment laws and other applicable local regulations
    • Good business acumen and strong communicator, with ability to speak comfortably with multiple levels of diverse stakeholders. Ability to inspire, influence and engage stakeholder of all levels.
    • Possess a professional friendly & engaging attitude and can build rapport with internal stakeholders and candidates over the phone.
    • Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns and overcome objections.
    • Self-motivated with learning agility and thrive in a work environment which is constantly evolving
    • Strong analytical skills; experience packaging talent acquisition data for business review
    • Team player – collaborative & agile contributor to the whole people agenda to achieve the HR function and organization’s objectives.
