This role is a bid desk function that ensure pricing decisions that optimize margins are made in a timely manner, providing Regional Sales with the analytics to make good pricing decisions to achieve required Margin profile/Pricing Turnaround to Customer/Partners.


    • Managing deals submitted through SFDC, review deal and provide guidance to ensure quality assurance, business and operational compliance.
    • Provide deal financials, pricing and business risk.
    • Provide discount and margin guidance based upon understanding of overall deal portfolio and business strategy.
    • Give guidance on complex deal structures and elevate specialized issues to appropriate business partners for resolution and approval.
    • Organize data and generate deep customer insight in order to enhance sales operations productivity and effectiveness


    • 4 - 5 years of Financial/Operational experience which includes exposure or management of complex sales or service deals.
    • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Finance; equivalent training and industry experience  
    • Experience communicating and working with senior management
    • Expert knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
    • Experience with  SalesForce.Com CRM tool, preferred
    • Ability to be flexible and adaptable in responding to ad hoc, time-sensitive request
