Participates in analyzing, evaluating, and reviewing business problems to be solved with automated systems.


  • Hands on experience working on Siebel configuration.
  • Understanding of the Siebel Functional Knowledge and business processes.
  • Siebel Configuration, e-Scripting, workflows etc.
  • Siebel EAI, IOs and Webservices. Knowledge or hands on exp on SOAP UI
  • Must have Siebel 8.x hands on experience and good to have Open UI 
  • Analysis Problem Solving - Investigates issues and conducts root cause analysis and comes up with various options to solve the problem.
  • Creativity - Brings fresh insights to the team.
  • Problem identification, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and advanced troubleshooting.
  • Provide rapid response and resolution for critical technical issues.
  • Set up Developers access to Siebel Tools, coordinate check-in and check-out activities.
  • Troubleshoot and research issues as they come up during Siebel live/production.
  • Assist technical team and work closely with Support/Expert Services.
  • Experience in Siebel OM / Service Agreements / Service Orders
  • Knowledge of SQL/PLSQL


Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience


Preferred Work Experience (years): Minimum of 1-2 years of experience
