Overview

Participates in analyzing, evaluating, and reviewing business problems to be solved with automated systems.

Responsibilities

Salesforce - 3+ years of experience
Intermediate-to-Advanced understanding of the Declarative Salesforce functionality
Workflow/Visual Flows/Headless Flows/Process Builder Flows/Approval Flows
Data Modeling & Management: Standard vs. Custom Objects, validation rules
User Management, SFDC Licensing models
System Security & Access, Profiles, Roles, Record Sharing
Functional experience Sales CRM Cloud OR Service Cloud OR Marketing Cloud preferred

Intermediate-to-Advanced understanding of Programatic Salesforce functionality. Must demonstrate strong aptitude in SFDC Development
MVC Pattern - VF, Apex, Classes, Triggers
Demonstrated understanding and usage of Batch Apex, Scheduled Apex and Dynamic Apex strongly preferred.
Lightning Component Framework preferred
SOSL, SOQL, DML
Debugging Tools/techniques
Data import/export
Source code control
Testing Framework and Code deployment
High Data Volume (HDV) intake and processing
Some experience with various other SFDC dev environments (Heroku/App Cloud) a plus
Experience with Standard/Classic vs. Salesforce Console vs. Salesforce Lightning UI development a plus

Demonstrate Intermediate-to-advanced aptitude with cloud integrations (1+ years)
Webservices: SOAP, REST, API Calls
Cloud and on-premise Integrations via middleware
inbound/outbound WS, events based actions based on WS
Familiarity with Salesforce (Lightning) Connect a plus

Advanced experience with Appexchange Applications
Managed vs. Unmanaged
License Management for packaged applications

1+ year experience with SFDC Portal/Communities preferred

2 + SFDC Certifications preferred (Admin + Developer or Admin + Consultant)

Ability to provide escalation support on an as-needed basis

    • Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience

    • 2-5 years of experience
