Overview

Develop regional marketing strategy and programs, aligned with business objectives, messaging and corporate brand standards as well as follow internet best practices;

Management of marketing approaches and tactics: Website, Intranet, social Media and master related Technology;

Develop, execute and manage events including tradeshows, customer events, seminars, partner meeting, etc.

Responsibilities

Develop regional marketing strategy and programs, aligned with business objectives, messaging and corporate brand standards as well as follow internet best practices;

Management of marketing approaches and tactics: Website, Intranet, social Media and master related Technology;

Develop, execute and manage events including tradeshows, customer events, seminars, partner meeting, etc.

Support business proposals for Marketing Communication related projects.

Coordinate to design material for marketing use such as marketing material, corporate calendars, gifts, print material, etc.

Some PR related work if necessary.

Support with agency to implement SEM program to generate leads and improve branding awareness. Support the channels marketing programs that drive demand in the territory. These activities may include planning, developing, and implementing programs for partners, as well as promotions and product launch programs. Manage and track leads by SFDC system, doing ROI analysis to evaluate and improve effectiveness of marketing communications programs. Implement and ensure compliance with corporate branding and visual standards. Execute direct marketing programs for more focused and effective target group promotion. All other ad-hoc duties as specified by the management.

Qualifications

Experience on leads generation marketing communication is essential. Good event & program management skills. The ability to effectively utilize marketing and communication tools. Telemarketing experience is preferred. Good Brand Management skills, project and vendor management abilities. Good communication skill and commitment to teamwork and ability to operate in a matrix business environment. Good analytical, time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Expert event management skills including planning and execution. Drive for Result and budget conscious. Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills (Mandarin/English) a must. Excellent knowledge of MSOffice and Adobe Suite.

Bachelor degree in business, communication, marketing, media

A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing communication (both field & channel) with proven successes related to leads generation.

Solid skills using a variety of computer programs and social media platforms.
