To deliver the product strategy needed to grow all our Supplies product ranges in APAC, in line with our Global strategy. To manage the product range (Label materials, Stock label offering, ribbons & wristbands) to ensure that we are meeting our channel and end user needs while remaining coherent with our global quality standards and naming conventions. Provide supplies training and support to the sales team.  Provide direction to supplies operations to ensure Zebra has the appropriate converting capabilities and infrastructure to support our business requirements.   


Position requires strategic thinking and the ability to communicate plans clearly throughout the organisation as well as to suppliers. The person is required to be an independent decision maker who can be flexible in their approach to complex business and commercial situations. Works closely with the dedicated Supplies sales people throughout APAC, while providing regular updates back to leadership in North America and EMEA.


  • Product Strategy
  • Develops product and marketing strategies for supplies solutions to increase penetration in existing markets and develop share in emerging applications and markets
  • Identifies new product opportunities based on customer requirements, technology advancements and local market requirements
  • Develops and executes pricing strategies based on local market conditions that will optimize profitability and support corporate growth objectives
  • Build a stock label (ZipShip) product offering the supports local requirements. Work with operations team to expand stocking locations throughout APAC region
  • Manage product life cycle for all Supplies Products
  • Product Expertise and Training
  • Provide Supplies application and technical support for the APAC Sales team.
  • Engage with material vendors, operations team and R&D team to build technical knowledge of supplies products and the label converting process
  • Reporting and Analytics
  • Develop monthly reports that monitor sales performance, gain insight into trends and recommend changes to business strategies
  • Analyse monthly Finance P&L reports to ensure profitability targets are being obtained
  • Product Portfolio Profitability & Pricing
  • Set gross margin requirements across entire product portfolio
  • Manage changes in pricing and/or discounts across the APAC region to adjust for competitive situations

  • Ideally label industry background or knowledge.
  • Flexible and adaptable in approach with colleagues and customers, happy to travel infrequently.
  • Able to build and sustain solid working relationships across the business to achieve common goals.
  • Able to lead by example with confidence, enthusiasm and a can do attitude
  • Established analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Natural communicator with desire to develop business performance.
  • PC literate with good working knowledge of standard Microsoft applications e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
