We are looking for a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to develop robust commercial and transactional processes to help APAC Sales Organization run effectively and drive greater growth. Focus areas will include Forecasting, Funnel Management, SFDC, Sales Training and Development, Sales Process and Methodology.

Responsibilities

  • Support revenue forecasting and to drive adoption of forecasting tools and dashboards within respective regions.
  • Work closely with Country Sales Ops to provide support for Bi-weekly outlook and Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Work with Sales leaders (as assigned) to meet business objectives and improve functional efficiency
  • Proactively diagnose the analytics requirements of the sales organizations design and deliver reporting to meet requirements
  • Become a Salesforce.Com (SFDC) super user. Work closely with regional counterparts to assess, try-storm, and deploy more effective sales processes, tools, and reporting (including dashboards)
  • Drive Strategic Transformation – Support your organization transformation projects with program management support to ensure strategic alignment, key stakeholder engagement, and successful execution.
  • Lead regional/global projects and initiatives and any other duties assigned

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree with experience in similar function leading multiple complex initiatives from conception to execution in a fast-paced work environment
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Strong commercial / business acumen
  • Experience in leading process and system improvements within a sales organization working cross functionally with Sales, IT, and business analysts to execute on process and system enhancements
  • Have strong excel skills, with the ability to interpret, cross check and sense check large amounts of data
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication, time management and organisational skills.
  • Be highly adept at problem solving.
  • Have demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver on commitments.
  • Be team oriented, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.
