Global Back office Delivery team (which is part of Information Technology team) is responsible to Deliver projects based on the Business needs / requirements in Supply Chain Planning operations.


As a member of the team, you are required to play an integral part in this cross-functional effort and generate valuable impact by Analyzing the business requirements, implementing the projects and provide assistance to production supports team.


  • Supports technical and functional configuration, including table creation/extension to support enhanced use and supportability of the Zebra SCM/Planning modules centered around Oracle Cloud Supply Chain planning, On-prem eBS PO, INV as well as other touch point systems
  • Analyzes, designs, and implements integration solutions to meet approved functional requirements and specifications.
  • Creates and maintains technical documentation of IS developed applications and procedures per documented standards.
  • Facilitates testing of enhancements, fixes, patches and upgrades
  • Resolve technical issues related to the code, configuration and performance of the applications
  • Coordinate activities related to patches and upgrades to the application system software or hardware
  • Articulates benefits of standard Oracle functionality to key business management and users
  • Works closely with QA, Operations group in support of and delivery of information technology applications
  • Manage SRs with Oracle


  • Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience. Advanced degree preferred. 
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience, Hands on experience in Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning, VCP (ASCP/Demantra) modules with a minimum of 5 years of experience in VCP and 2 complete project lifecycle implementation in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning modules.
  • Worked extensively on Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning Modules DM, SP, GOP, BM, S&OP, RP.
  • Experience in configuring Fusion SaaS application and handling support issues for Supply Chain Planning module
  • Understanding of integrations with ERP to Oracle Fusion Cloud and 3rd party applications.
  • Experience working with the core Planning modules: DM, SP, GOP, BM, S&OP, RP
  • Exposure and understanding of touchpoint Supply Chain applications such as OM, PO, MFG, INV.
  • Understands the Oracle’s AIM and Agile methodology
  • Work as team member with BSAs located in different time zone, requires flexibility in working schedule.
  • Experience with schema and table structures in various e-Business modules, primarily in finance.
  • Experience developing Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, SaaS/VBCS applications, APEX for SaaS extensions.
  • Create, debug and run SQL / PL/SQL scripts to conduct data analysis, accuracy validation and data maintenance.
  • Proficient in English Language, experience in writing and, updating technical documentation.  Good communications skills
